• A candidate's exact home location is never shown to any employer; an employer only sees the approximate distance to an area of about one kilometre around the home, never the home itself.
• An employer sees only a candidate's first name and age, not the full name or date of birth.
• Your phone number is shown to the other side only when you allow it yourself.
• If you sign in with Google, we take only your account id and e-mail from Google. Your e-mail is not shown to employers or candidates; they only see your trust level.
• Your mobile number is verified by Jobij's Telegram bot and no SMS is sent. No SMS or identity service ever sees the number.
• Identity documents and videos are stored encrypted, seen only by Jobij's identity reviewer, never displayed anywhere, and deleted some time after the review.
• Business documents are seen only by Jobij's reviewers.
• Location data is stripped from the photos you upload.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• To delete your account, send a deletion request from Settings. A member of Jobij's team reviews it and tells you the outcome. When your account is deleted, your personal details are erased; reviews you wrote stay on the page they are about without your name, and payment and hire records are kept for accounting.
